Ray Farrow
PastorPastor Ray served as pastor or in some leadership roles in churches from Kentucky to North Carolina beginning in 1990. He was recently active as a deacon and teacher at Kiokee Baptist Church in Appling Ga. before taking on the role of pastor at Morningside. Ray has a love for people and a pastor’s heart.

Joe Powell
DeaconJoe Powell is the chairman of the deacons and one the hardest working men of the church. Joe is married to Mary. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and firearms
Bruce Haislip
DeaconBruce Haislip is the newest addition to the deacon body. He is married to Brenda. Bruce is head of the AV ministry which is over the digital outreach of the church.
Barbara Gould
SecretaryBarbara just recently became our secretary after the retirement of Pam Savici. However this is not Barbara’s first time being our secretary. Barbara is the one who keeps our administration going.
Philip Harris
DeaconOne of our newest deacons, Philip is dedicated to fulfilling his deacon ministry. Philip is also head of our men’s ministry the “Brotherhood”.
David Paschal
Music MinisterDavid leads our music ministry and leads our choir during worship. He is married to Mary Ann. Both David and Mary Ann enjoy hunting and fishing together.
Brenda Haislip
PianistBrenda enjoys music and bringing worship through her gift. She plays the piano and often sings in the choir during choir specials.
John Howell
DeaconJohn loves the Lord and is always there when needed. John is attentive to the needs of our members and is as dependable as a deacon you will find.
